Position Summary

We are in search of Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists specializing in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics. Massage Therapist Responsibilities
  • Delivering a range of massage techniques including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish in a serene and professional environment.
  • Assessing client needs and developing customized treatment plans.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms post-session and at the end of shifts.
  • Adhering to all state regulations regarding client documentation and treatment records.
Esthetician Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough consultations and performing facials and body treatments in a professional setting.
  • Focusing on member satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A valid CT Massage Therapy license or certification.
  • A valid Esthetician license.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Specialized training in facial and body waxing.
  • A willingness to grow within our organization while enhancing personal skills and knowledge.
  • Availability for full-time hours (part-time opportunities may be available).
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Cross-training in various services such as Stone massage, Craniosacral therapy, and Reflexology is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
