Position: Fiscal Sponsorship ManagerThe Fiscal Sponsorship Manager at City Parks Foundation plays a crucial role in managing the fiscal sponsorship initiatives of Partnerships for Parks (PfP). This position is focused on delivering financial capacity-building and administrative assistance to local grassroots organizations, aimed at improving their neighborhood parks.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $67,000 per yearKey Responsibilities- Oversee PfP's fiscal sponsorship initiatives for both long-term and grant-specific community organizations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure integrated service delivery
- Establish clear fiscal sponsorship policies and operational procedures
- Provide financial capacity-building support to community organizations
- Lead program operations and performance evaluations
- Conduct training sessions and offer consultations to groups
- Foster relationships with external partners
- Support PfP's initiatives and events
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in financial data management and analysis
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Skilled in Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Manage accounts and funds for community groups
- Develop effective processes for fund management
- Implement an online donation platform
- Update program guidelines and agreements
- Assess program metrics and performance benchmarks
- Assist in the administration of grant programs
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance program effectiveness
