Role Overview: Are you passionate about shopping? As an Online Shopping Fulfillment Associate, you will engage in the exciting task of selecting products for our customers every day.

In this role, you will have the chance to pick the freshest produce or the most popular cereals for our customers.

This position is dynamic and fast-paced, allowing you to explore various departments while fulfilling online orders for our customers.

As an order filler and delivery associate, you will also be responsible for delivering orders to customers and interacting with them during the delivery process.

The work environment can be demanding, particularly during peak hours such as evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You may need to balance fulfilling online orders while assisting in-store customers.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.00 to $26.00, with actual rates depending on the job location and applicable minimum wage laws. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and acknowledge their presence.

  • Support fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
  • Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe work area.
