Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our dynamic Contracts team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, legal and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead proposal teams and provide analysis of solicitations
  • Assure that bid/proposals are prepared and presented in a manner to afford the Company the greatest opportunity to obtain the contract award
  • Establish and manage negotiation strategies, and financial requirements
  • Conduct negotiation of contracts requiring a high degree of negotiation expertise
  • Administer all aspects of assigned contract or purchase order processing
  • Lead or support fact-finding and other audit activities
  • Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents
Requirements:
  • Current Top Secret Clearance and ability to obtain SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10 or more years of directly related experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with international business
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office software
