Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales and service professional to join our team as a National Account Executive. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and service strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Implement and manage National Account Service programs, including contract negotiations, pricing, and service level agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales and service strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales and service strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service management, preferably in a service industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in National Account Program Management or Key Account Sales Management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales and service strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
