Controller

C&M Precision Tech is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial leadership team, the Controller will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the Company through the management of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month/year-end close, providing financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Present analysis of trends and variances to senior management
- Develop, manage, and report on budgets, providing input on operational and strategic decisions
- Forecast the Company's financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Manage cash flow, implementing and overseeing spend management strategies
- Optimize internal controls through proper business processes and accounting policies
- Analysis of ERP input/output to improve SOPs and controls
- System inventory valuation, including the management of cycle count and physical inventory activities
- Plan, assign, and review the work of Accounting Staff (AR/AP, payroll, credit/collections)
- Work with 3rd party in the administration of Company 401k plan
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Work with external agencies, as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BS in Accounting or Finance or relevant required
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel)
- ERP (JobBoss preferred)
