Digital Project Coordinator

Oversees and manages client-oriented technical initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and utmost client satisfaction. This role encompasses project strategizing, resource management, cost estimation, execution, implementation, and ongoing support. The individual will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, as well as clients, to prioritize project tasks, define scope, allocate resources, and schedule deliverables
  • Aids management in assessing and developing project plans while participating in the design and formulation of alternative solutions
  • Tracks project milestones and progress through continuous dialogue with team members and key stakeholders
  • Identifies potential challenges and implements strategies to mitigate risks
  • Prepares comprehensive reports on project status and issues
  • Ensures project completion aligns with corporate and client objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience
  • Remote work capability, with occasional visits to client sites as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Office Suite, and Visio
  • Competence in managing project finances, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and profitable delivery
  • Ability to thrive as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams of varying technical expertise, including experience with contractors and consultants
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and quickly acquire new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Familiarity with Power Monitoring Systems and the control/automation sector (including metering, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, PLCs, drives), energy management, and power distribution
  • Experience in a matrix-managed environment
  • Background in Critical Power applications within Data Center facilities
  • Understanding of competitor products and services
  • Knowledge of applicable OSHA regulations
