Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized receptionist to join our team at Antonyan Miranda LLP. As the first point of contact for clients, customers, vendors, and employees, the receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining a polished and professional image of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Greeting and Communication: Greet clients, customers, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner, answering all phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain a record of all meetings and events.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute mail and packages, ensuring that all items are delivered to the correct individuals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the firm, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including the reception area, conference rooms, and break room.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
