As a Retail Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing the shipping and receiving of stock/shipments, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that products are displayed in a manner that enhances the customer experience in our stores.

Technical Proficiency: Competent in navigating and learning new technologies and retail systems, equipment, and software necessary for communication, customer service, and business operations.

As a Retail Operations Specialist, your duties will include:

Managing inventory control tasks Overseeing the shipping and receiving of equipment and other items Conducting cycle counts of inventory (preparation and execution) Stocking and merchandising according to planograms Printing and placing signage and price tags (POP) Handling cash transactions Maintaining awareness and control of shrinkage Performing additional duties as assigned
