About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to your team, following up, and reporting results back to your team and other managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
  • Manage assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to your team.
  • Follow up and report results back to your team and other managers.
  • Ensure that all service staff are trained in service procedures.
  • Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
  • Control food cost and ensure that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
  • Manage the hiring, training, and scheduling of employees.
Requirements

We are looking for a positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun and has the passion to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
