Customer Service / Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Service Coordinator. If you thrive on providing excellent service and have exceptional organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Inquiries: Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt and helpful responses.
  • Service Request Coordination: Coordinate service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of service activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal team to optimize service delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Automotive Knowledge: 1+ year of automotive knowledge to assist customers with repair questions.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
