- Handle deceased belongings, following chain of custody procedures.
- Maintain a comfortable environment for clients, offering beverages and amenities as needed.
- Keep the guest-waiting area tidy, disposing of trash and straightening furniture.

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, including deeds and trust files.
- Perform light typing, proofreading, data entry, and printing tasks.

- Clear and professional speaking voice and tone.
