Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, screen and route them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing routine questions and concerns.
  • Notify management of customer service and security issues.
  • Handle deceased belongings, following chain of custody procedures.
  • Maintain a comfortable environment for clients, offering beverages and amenities as needed.
  • Keep the guest-waiting area tidy, disposing of trash and straightening furniture.
  • Receive and process incoming mail and packages.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, including deeds and trust files.
  • Perform light typing, proofreading, data entry, and printing tasks.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work a schedule including Saturdays and Sundays, and beyond standard business hours.
