Job Title: Field Services Coordinator

About the Role:

The Field Services Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations. This includes scheduling daily work activities, monitoring the status of work in progress, and inspecting completed work to ensure quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and adjust staffing capacity to meet performance goals
  • Establish and maintain sufficient training programs to meet performance goals
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce adequate control policies and procedures to ensure high levels of accuracy
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Attend weekly and monthly briefings and planning sessions
  • Assist with and identify process improvements
  • Manage multiple, changing priorities and execute within short timelines to deliver results through active project management
  • Maintain professional relationships with associates and clients
  • Complete 60 hours of professional development per year
Requirements:
  • GED or High School degree required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three or more years of experience supervising Field Services employees
  • Valid driver's license and ability to utilize vehicle occasionally to visit job sites
  • Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ESRI ArcGIS products, AutoCAD Civil3D, and handheld GPS devices
  • Preferred familiarity with engineering and construction drawings and infrastructure and site surveying experience

Physical Demands:

The Field Services Coordinator will be required to traverse uneven terrain, walk for long distances while carrying equipment, and lift inlet grate or manhole covers (typically 100lbs or less) utilizing tools. The worker will be exposed to both hot and cold working conditions.
