Customer Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face and virtual outreach and enrollment services to New York Medicaid recipients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct one-on-one and group outreach presentations to recipients and community members.
- Present program education and enrollment options to recipients.
- Maintain positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients.
- Complete direct data entry into designated internal automated systems in accordance with project policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of community and participates in community events, health fairs, and other activities as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
- Prior work experience in customer service, data entry, and/or processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of population served.
