About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face and virtual outreach and enrollment services to New York Medicaid recipients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one and group outreach presentations to recipients and community members.
  • Present program education and enrollment options to recipients.
  • Maintain positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients.
  • Complete direct data entry into designated internal automated systems in accordance with project policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of community and participates in community events, health fairs, and other activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months to 2 years of experience.
  • Prior work experience in customer service, data entry, and/or processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of population served.
