About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Call Center Manager to join our team at Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group. As a key member of our intake team, you will play a critical role in engaging and signing clients in the areas of personal injury, including traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall cases, dog bites, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Invite potential clients to meet with our firm and provide an initial consultation to discuss their cases.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with contacts in the legal community to help build a network of potential clients and grow our business.
  • Case Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for pending cases to ensure we are providing the best possible representation for our clients.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all documentation meets legal requirements for incoming cases, including compiling evidence to support factual and legal analysis.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance and sales metrics to ensure we are meeting our sales goals.
  • Case Viability: Determine the viability of potential cases and make recommendations to our team.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell the strengths and capabilities of our firm while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign with us.
  • Client Communication: Converse with clients and address their concerns and case progression, including nights and weekends.
  • Travel: Travel to locations to speak with and sign clients.
  • Intake Process: Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process.
  • Leadership: Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office and develop leadership skills to mentor and manage our intake team.
Qualifications
  • Law Degree: A law degree and active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on intake.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of legal research software and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Superior analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Call Center/Sales Experience: Call Center/Sales experience is a plus.
