Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology
  • Certification as a Radiation Therapist from the American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technologists

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in patient positioning and care

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the simulation of treatment plans as instructed by medical professionals
  2. Perform dosimetric calculations under the guidance of senior staff
  3. Guarantee the precise administration of radiation therapy treatments
  4. Support Brachytherapy procedures as necessary
  5. Conduct safety assessments on treatment equipment
  6. Verify radiation dose accuracy through systematic checks
  7. Maintain safety protocols for all patients and staff
  8. Encourage ongoing professional development and skill enhancement
  9. Deliver compassionate and effective patient care
  10. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $88,296.00 to $124,675.00
  • Sign-on Bonus: $1500
  • Comprehensive relocation assistance available

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Manager of Imaging Services Radiation Therapy.
