Asset Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #1939. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve complex problems related to asset protection and security.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support findings.
- Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent loss and protect assets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
As a Walmart Asset Protection Associate, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- Competitive hourly wage: $19 - $28 per hour
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
