Key Responsibilities- Act as a brand ambassador by adhering to our Merchandiser Standards, ensuring product logos are prominently displayed to attract consumers.
- Travel to various retail locations and customer accounts on a daily basis, with mileage reimbursement for store-to-store travel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel to enhance customer service.
- Perform physical tasks efficiently, including lifting products up to 50 lbs. and maintaining a safe working environment.
Ensure product availability on store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by assessing replenishment needs. Responsibilities include transporting products using manual equipment, replenishing and rotating stock, constructing and dismantling product displays, maintaining signage, and ensuring cleanliness of product areas.
Qualifications- Possession of a valid driver's license for your state of residence (Motor Vehicle Report will be evaluated).
- Access to a personal vehicle for work-related tasks.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Adherence to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Self-motivated with integrity, capable of performing duties with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and sound judgment in past job performance.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Safe operation of a motor vehicle.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding store plan-o-grams and set instructions.
- Ability to work in customer storage areas with varying temperatures.
