Our Distribution Center is a hub of activity, where we work together to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our operations.

Responsibilities:

* Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork
* Run daily route status reports to verify all delivery routes are settled
* Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork
* Perform cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposit
* Count full-service cash and finalize handheld computer reconciliations
* Research mail checks, print backup, and code in Payment Manager
* Maintain missing documents log
* Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
* Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP issues

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required
* Some college preferred
* Experience in cash room environment preferred
* Ability to sit, bend, walk, and kneel
