Compensation: Starting at $135,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Manager plays a vital role in our organization, contributing to various aspects of the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, planning, executing, and supervising supply chain activities to create value and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for supply chain management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize processes and enhance accuracy.
  • Establishing a robust production planning system to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
  • Managing forecasts to align production and inventory planning with business goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers and distributors.
  • Strategizing and executing metal purchasing while nurturing existing and new account relationships.
  • Creating capacity planning models to support operational excellence.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Planning, and Forecasting.
  • Experience in metals manufacturing or procurement is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field; CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • A commitment to the highest standards of integrity and ethical business practices.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams towards common objectives.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
