Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an initial portfolio of 2-3 restaurant locations, with plans to scale to 5-6 units, each generating an Average Unit Volume (AUV) of $5 million.
  • Provide exceptional leadership while ensuring robust financial outcomes.
  • Foster team growth and uphold high operational standards.
  • Report directly to the company President.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing casual or premium-casual dining establishments.
  • Currently holding a multi-unit management position.
  • Demonstrated history of job stability, career progression, and tenure.
  • Strong leadership capabilities within the full-service dining sector.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary in the low six-figure range, with performance-based incentives bringing total compensation to approximately $150,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off.
