Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and technical expertise for the Ronald Reagan Clinical Laboratory
- Coordinate quality control and proficiency activities in Hematology and Coagulation
- Train and develop testing personnel
- Validate new analyzers and tests
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of licensed CLS experience
- Experience in Hematology & Coagulation
- Proven experience in training and lecturing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Salary Range: $60.71/hour - $78.17/hour
