The Client Relations Specialist is a crucial part of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional communication with clients. This position encompasses educating bidders, efficiently managing payment collection and processing, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will excel in prioritizing daily responsibilities, maintaining composure under pressure, demonstrating a professional demeanor, adapting to changes, solving problems, working independently, and exhibiting keen attention to detail. Above all, the Client Relations Specialist must effectively communicate our company's values during all client interactions, address any concerns or complaints, and work collaboratively with clients to find suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Educate bidders on auction processes and guidelines, addressing inquiries related to our offerings.
  • Manage payment collection and processing accurately, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, even in challenging situations, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Adapt to changes in processes and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to embrace new practices.
  • Proactively address client concerns or complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college education preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with colleagues and clients through various channels.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating effective time management and task prioritization.
  • Bilingual candidates who can communicate in Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, eligible for overtime.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, with potential overtime to meet deadlines.
  • Position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Access to various departments may be necessary.
Compensation:
  • Hourly rate varies based on experience and qualifications, typically ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
  • Monthly Bonus Program based on company revenue results.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits starting after 60 days of employment.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match starting on the first day of employment.
