Serenity Counseling Services of Vir seeks a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services and experience working with crisis stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to residents, promoting a safe and secure living environment.
- Assist with daily activities, including medication administration and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field.
- At least 1 year of Crisis Stabilization experience.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) certification.
