Job Summary

Xylem is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners to ensure mutual success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales support and training to our channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the water technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
