Key Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and timely, working closely with the payroll vendor to optimize the platform and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage benefits, retirement, and workers' compensation programs, including facilitating interactions with brokers and resolving employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, reporting requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide HR support to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data maintenance.
- Collaborate with finance to administer pay for non-exempt, exempt, sales commissions, and other compensation-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in payroll processing and tax administration, preferably with HR certification.
- Strong working knowledge of technical HR software and developing reports.
- 401K/Roth Retirement Option with up to 4% match, no vesting period.
