Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive awareness of and relationships with diverse stakeholder communities to effectively deliver marketing strategies in support of strategic goals and objectives.
  • Define, articulate, and implement marketing communications strategies to elevate awareness and understanding of the organization's mission, goals, and activities.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for new and existing products, services, programs, and campaigns, driving meaningful progress and growth.
  • Role model a digital-first and data-driven philosophy across marketing communications strategies and channels.
  • Partner across the Marketing and Communications team to help activate brand strategy through program, product, and service-focused campaigns and activities.
  • Work directly with executive-level clients to validate and regularly update strategic objectives as needed and foster a high degree of stakeholder engagement through externally facing omnichannel marketing and communications mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and communications colleagues to ensure strategic, integrated planning, execution, analysis to optimize efficient operations and impact.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, retaining, and supervising individuals in the team and providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members.
  • Shape data ROI reporting to provide insights on attribution, campaigns, and disseminate this information to business partners to better inform them of the work, results, and ROI. Leverage data to perform analytics and drive data-based decision making.
  • Manage budget responsibilities as appropriate to minimize expenses, meet business goals, and maximize ROI.
  • Responsible for performing general market research to keep abreast of trends and marketing and communications movements, and analysis to remain competitive.
  • Establish, communicate, and implement best practices in partnership with digital customer experience capability to further our customer-first, digital-first roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 years overall product or service marketing experience, 15+ preferred, with a minimum of 5 years managing a marketing team of 8-10+ preferred.
  • Association experience and healthcare or nursing professional knowledge desirable but not necessary.
  • Demonstrated and proven leadership and organizing skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinker.
  • Exceptional understanding of the digital landscape including email marketing, content marketing, lead generation, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent visual presentation and writing skills, and the ability to express complex information in a straightforward way.
  • Demonstrated experience segmenting and targeting audiences and markets to serve relevant messages and content.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Strong customer service skills and customer relationship management experience.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to learn at a fast pace and to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level IT principles and omnichannel marketing best practices.
