We are seeking a talented Meeting & Event Manager to lead our events team and drive business growth through exceptional events.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events that exceed expectations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission of innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans that align with business objectives
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on event attendance, engagement, and feedback
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events that exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
