Job SummaryWe are seeking an Event Services Associate to join our Meetings Team in Washington, DC. This role offers a salary of $50K + Benefits and requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask with ease, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for small meetings held in the office, including catering and room arrangements.
  • Learn and understand the convention registration system setup to provide customer service to attendees and assist with event setup.
  • Create and edit content for webpages and evaluate new technologies for essential meeting functions.
  • Work with Senior Managers to organize signage for the annual convention, including content creation and proof review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in meetings, administrative, or project management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem resolution, and teamwork skills.
