Customer Service Representative: Elevating Mobility Experiences

SalaryThe starting salary for this role is $19.86 per hour, plus an exciting bonus plan that rewards success.
Job DescriptionYour Role at SIXT
- You will welcome all customers upon arrival and gather feedback to improve their future rental experience.
- You will ensure customers take all personal belongings, discreetly check vehicles for damage, and direct any issues to the appropriate channels.
- You will advise customers on rental charges and provide an accurate receipt, ensuring a clear and customer-focused process.
- You will identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
- You will work in various weather conditions and be willing to take on additional tasks to support business needs.
Your Skills Matter
- You must have a high school diploma or GED.
- You must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- You must possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- You must be able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
- You must be open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane.
- You must be willing to wear company uniforms.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
- Speaking other languages is a plus.
