Job Title: Lead Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We're searching for a Lead Technical Recruiter (aka The Talent Strategist) to manage recruitment efforts, mentor a team of recruiters, and bring the best technical talent to the organization. As the Lead Technical Recruiter at our client, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure that the company attracts and retains top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring that the team sources and hires top-tier technical talent in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-priority technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their talent needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruiting metrics and data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Promote the company's employer brand, showcasing its culture, technology stack, and unique opportunities to prospective candidates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of technical recruiters.
  • In-depth understanding of technical roles, tools, and technologies, including software engineering, DevOps, data science, cloud infrastructure, and IT.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech-specific job boards.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and improve overall hiring outcomes.
