Site Operations Manager

Job Overview

The Site Operations Manager is tasked with the effective oversight, administration, and governance of business activities at designated client locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the prompt and efficient resolution of all services contracted by the client, while maintaining exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and high-quality business offerings.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all services contracted by the client at the designated site, ensuring superior customer service and quality.
  • Assess and resolve high-priority and complex issues through effective communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal teams to foster a proactive and responsive customer environment.
  • Administer budget management, resource allocation, and forecasting tools to optimize resource utilization and accurately report budgetary expenditures.
  • Prepare and manage status reports, productivity metrics, and other documentation to ensure that staff performance meets established benchmarks.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments.
  • Prioritize and schedule all work, including overflow tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of all equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate corporate policies and objectives.
  • Manage staff through recruitment, development, mentoring, and timely corrective actions in alignment with company policies; evaluate performance and provide training opportunities.
  • Ensure production targets are met daily, weekly, and monthly by measuring against company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, operations teams, and corporate departments as required.


Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a managerial role within a professional business environment, ideally in the reprographic or mail industry, managing a team of 1-4 non-exempt employees.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse groups and clients.
  • Ability to establish personal credibility with customers and staff.
  • Proven capability to deliver high-quality service and production.
  • Foster a challenging, constructive, and open workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with peers and teams to establish departmental decisions and standardized processes.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Commitment to creating a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.
