Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all services contracted by the client at the designated site, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Evaluate and address high-priority and complex issues through effective communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal teams to foster a proactive and responsive customer environment.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting tools to optimize resource utilization and effectively report on budgetary expenditures.
  • Prepare and analyze status reports, productivity metrics, and other documentation to ensure staff performance meets organizational standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments.
  • Prioritize and schedule all work assignments, including overflow tasks to backup facilities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of all equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate corporate policies and objectives.
  • Manage staff recruitment, development, and performance evaluations; address corrective actions in accordance with company policies; provide training and mentorship opportunities.
  • Ensure that production targets are met daily, weekly, and monthly by measuring against company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, operations teams, and corporate departments as needed.


Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a managerial role within a professional business environment, ideally in the reprographic or mail services sector, managing a team of 1-4 non-exempt employees.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish personal credibility with customers and staff.
  • Proven capability to deliver high-quality service and production.
  • Foster a challenging, constructive, and open workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with peers and teams to establish departmental decisions and standardized processes.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Commitment to creating a customer-focused environment.
