Job Overview

The Site Operations Manager is tasked with the effective oversight, administration, and management of business activities at designated client locations. This role ensures the prompt and efficient resolution of all services contracted by the client while maintaining exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and quality of services provided.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all services contracted by the client at the designated site, ensuring high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Assess and resolve high-priority and complex issues through effective communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal teams to foster a proactive and responsive customer environment.
  • Administer budget management, resource allocation, and forecasting tools to optimize resource utilization and effectively report budgetary expenditures.
  • Compile and manage status reports, productivity metrics, and other documentation to ensure staff performance meets established standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and corporate business services.
  • Prioritize and schedule all tasks, including overflow work to backup facilities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of all equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate corporate policies and objectives.
  • Manage staff through recruitment, development, and mentoring; address corrective actions as necessary in accordance with company policy; evaluate performance; and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure production targets on-site are met daily, weekly, and monthly by measuring against company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as needed.


Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a managerial role within a professional business environment, ideally in the reprographic or mail industry, managing a site with 1-4 non-exempt employees.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish personal credibility with customers and staff.
  • Proven capability to deliver high-quality production and customer service.
  • Foster a challenging, constructive, and open workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with peers and teams to establish departmental decisions and ensure standardized practices.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Promote a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, record-keeping, and time management skills.
  • Commitment to a strong team-oriented approach to business ethics.
  • Must possess excellent follow-through skills.
