Account Executive

Join Travelstride, a leading experiential travel marketplace, as an Account Executive and play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with tour operators, DMOs, travel advisors, and affiliates.
About the Role:As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing partnerships, guiding partners through the onboarding process, and supporting them throughout the relationship. You will also manage an operations team that adds and checks trip content, ensuring productivity and quality. Your goals will include:
- 95% customer retention
- 80% NPS score
- Gaining backlinks
- Optimizing invoicing and revenue collection
- Increasing trip count on Travelstride
- Increasing number of traveler reviews on Travelstride platform
- Translating and prioritizing feedback from customers to Product and Engineering teams
- Supplier success: Maintain relationships with tour operator partners by providing support, information, and guidance
- Generate reports and reconcile bookings with our tour operator partners
- Research and recommend new opportunities for customer promotion
- Prepare invoices
- Manage operations team - prioritizing and checking data entry tasks
- Maintain quality service
- Be a flexible, hands-on team player
- 1-3 years experience as a Customer Success, Sales, Operations or relevant role
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite products
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial results-driven approach
