Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by restocking shelves, sweeping the floor, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
