We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uline. - Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
