As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Uline, delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat. Our collaborative call center is equipped with world-class technology, and we'll train you to become a product and solutions expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish, providing accurate product information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering system.
  • Become a product expert, answering questions on pricing, shipping, and product details.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
