  • Performance and Analysis
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust sales techniques and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business is a plus.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role, preferably with direct consumer sales or pest management experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proficiency in using CRM software, with experience in PestPac being advantageous.
    • Strong computer skills, including database management and Windows-based applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
    • Aptitude for learning and retaining industry knowledge through various training methods.
