Job Title: Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Dynamic Hydraulic Services Company, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with the company's operational and strategic goals.
  • Oversee cost accounting for services and projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately recorded and reported, with a focus on improving profitability.
  • Manage and oversee the company's AP/AR functions, ensuring timely payment of vendors and proper collection from clients.
  • Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and capital needs, and implement strategies for cash flow optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry-specific regulations, including any special compliance requirements in the hydraulic services sector.
  • Provide analysis on financial performance, project profitability, and operational efficiency to guide decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely completion of audits and filings.
  • Supervise and mentor AR/AP team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ODOO).
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the industrial services or manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with cost accounting and financial reporting for service-oriented businesses, particularly in the hydraulic, mechanical, or industrial service industries.
  • Experience in managing accounting processes related to inventory, service contracts, and capital projects.

Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a desk and using a computer.

  • Must have the ability to view and interpret detailed financial reports and data on computer screens and physical documents for extended periods.
  • Effective verbal communication required for meetings, presentations, and collaboration with team members.
  • Occasionally required to move within the office and between departments for meetings or discussions.
  • Occasionally may need to lift and carry office materials or files weighing up to 10-15 pounds.
