Job Summary

Indiana University is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Operations Auditor to join our team. As an Admissions Operations Auditor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our admissions data. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate admissions data through periodic audits and coordinate the correction of errors.
Assist the Audits Manager in maintaining a portfolio of Admissions Operations audits for timely and accurate processing.
Share audit findings with admissions processing staff for evaluation of current data entry practices.
Advise the Audits Manager about trends in admissions data corrections.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
2 years of office or related experience
Proficient communication skills
Maintains a high degree of professionalism
Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
Possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Highly thorough and dependable
Commitment to working with people of diverse backgrounds
Ability to interpret federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations and required procedures associated with compliance
