Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the branch, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting financial performance. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the branch team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Service Net Planner with PMs campaigns, repairs, and inventory control to ensure timely service support.
  • Partner with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams to foster collaboration and support customer needs.
  • Provide quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee inventory productivity, maintaining optimal levels through ordering and receiving parts, and ensuring accurate updates to PartsNet.
  • Manage new and used battery inventory, tires, and warranty items, ensuring timely shipment and receipt.
  • Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations, with a focus on service and parts departments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with branch team members.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Regular, predictable attendance and a willingness to travel as necessary.
Physical Requirements

The physical and mental demands of this role require the ability to read, communicate verbally and in writing, remember and analyze information, and remember and understand instructions or guidelines. The associate may be required to stand, walk, and sit, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg.
