Position Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking qualified Accounting Clerks for future roles with our clients in Cincinnati, OH. These positions will enable you to assist in various accounting tasks, ensuring precise financial documentation and contributing to the overall fiscal well-being of the organization.

Key Duties:

  • Execute accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and aid in general ledger postings.
  • Maintain precise financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in the generation of financial reports and statements.
  • Conduct data entry and update accounting systems.
  • Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping capacity.
  • Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting certifications are a plus.
