Job Summary

**Financial Planning Specialist** at Kinettix Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and projections using data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial models to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Analyze historical results to identify trends and business drivers, and provide insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly consolidation management reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance to prepare the budget and strategic plan.
  • Assist in preparing Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet analysis, and provide commentary on variances.
  • Identify performance variances and recognize revenue drivers and business opportunities.
  • Assist in financial analysis and business forecasting, and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with the Solution Desk and Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on proforma models and actuals to ensure alignment.
  • Analyze trends in all markets supported by Kinettix at various geographic levels.
  • Work with the development team to establish appropriate reporting requirements.
  • Participate in other projects within the organization as needed.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.
  • 3-5 years experience in management accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI report writing, Python, and DAX language.
