As an integral member of our organization, your duties will encompass:

  • Supervising and evaluating federal and state grant initiatives associated with our comprehensive service offerings.
  • Coordinating the compilation and submission of project data to funding entities.
  • Serving as a liaison between the finance department and project directors to review grant fund disbursements, monitor grant activities, and ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Assisting in the formulation and oversight of the annual budget, along with the development of necessary financial documentation and program descriptions.
  • Facilitating effective service integration, ensuring the widespread adoption of assessment tools mandated by relevant authorities.
  • Contributing to the establishment of program workflows to guarantee that teams fulfill all essential service requirements, including those related to reporting, data collection, and fiscal considerations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Master's degree in Public Health, LMSW, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or a PhD in Psychology.
  • Experience in program development and management within a health or mental health/substance use disorder treatment environment, particularly with culturally diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data management systems, and other relevant data tools is essential.
