Job Title: Maintenance Project Engineer

WIN Waste Innovations is a leading waste management company committed to delivering essential waste management solutions to customers and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Project Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Project Engineer will be responsible for managing all activities related to the mechanical operations and development of our facility. This includes ensuring the safe, proper, and efficient operation and maintenance of the facility in accordance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including installing, inspecting, testing, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating all plant equipment and instrumentation.
  • Plan and conduct major outages, implement and direct effective PM programs, lubrication plans, and other maintenance-related tasks.
  • Supervise assigned projects and provide oversight to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department to determine project details, such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions.
  • Manage contractors while working on projects and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in a incineration plant environment, with a minimum of five years in a supervisory role.
  • Maintains all licenses as required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.
