WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to the mechanical operations and development of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including installing, inspecting, testing, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating all plant equipment and instrumentation.
- Plan and conduct major outages, implement and direct effective PM programs, lubrication plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Supervise assigned projects, provide oversight, and coordinate work with outside contractors and engineers.
- Develop engineering and capital cost estimates, prepare reports, and document project activities and data.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department to determine project details, such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in a incineration plant environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in mechanical operations and project management.
- Ability to maintain all licenses required by Local, State, Federal, Environmental, and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
