Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee fleet assets and capital, including strategic planning, implementation, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and manage the annual fleet budget in collaboration with senior management.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with maintenance providers to assess historical data and formulate long-term strategies.
  • Direct fleet replacement planning based on maintenance records and operational needs.
  • Evaluate current fleet systems and recommend enhancements based on strategic objectives.
  • Manage capital expenditure processes, including purchase orders and budget updates.
  • Support maintenance and fuel operations, ensuring vendor performance meets established standards.
  • Coordinate the annual driver MVR process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company safety standards.
  • Assist in maintaining vehicle compliance, including renewals and registrations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in fleet operations or a related field.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain auto liability insurance.
  • Experience managing budgets and creating management reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including occasional lifting and prolonged sitting.
