Job Title: Onboarding Manager

At Payeload, we are revolutionizing the construction supply chain with our on-demand delivery platform. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic Onboarding Manager to lead our driver recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we build a strong and effective driver network across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment efforts for drivers across all regions, working to scale Payeload's driver network quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and manage a recruitment pipeline, sourcing drivers from various channels, including online job boards, referral programs, and recruitment events.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment and onboarding process with a focus on a positive experience.
  • Work closely with regional teams to assess local driver needs and ensure adequate driver coverage in each market.
Driver Onboarding & Communication:
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring drivers are properly onboarded into Payeload's system and fully prepared to meet company standards.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new drivers, introducing them to company policies, operational procedures, and equipment usage.
  • Provide drivers with all necessary training to help them succeed in their roles, including safety guidelines and risk management protocols.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with drivers during their onboarding period and beyond, offering support and answering any questions they may have.
Operational & Reporting Support:
  • Collaborate with fleet and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of driver assignments and movement between locations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on driver recruitment efforts, onboarding completion, and overall driver performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance driver experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, driver onboarding, or fleet management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Experience managing a large volume of candidates through recruitment and onboarding pipelines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
