Rogers Group is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Aggregate Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two sand and gravel sites in the Post/Lubbock, Texas area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise mining, production, and maintenance activities at the two sites.
  • Implement and oversee the zero-harm safety program.
  • Plan and schedule production resources to meet customer needs.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and downtime.
  • Evaluate trends and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven safety record and compliance with MSHA safety standards.
  • 3-5 years of mining experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mining, or technical discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of mining, material handling, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
